FAQ

Membership questions

  • We aim to see members the same-day for urgent, non-emergency issues whenever our schedule and clinical judgement allow. On busy days, we'‘ll book the next available slot and help you decide if urgent or emergency care is more appropriate.

  • RefinedRx Health is a cash-[ay practice. We don’t bill insurance or handle insurance codes.

  • Weight-loss medications are included in our Weight Loss memberships for clinically eligible patients. Other medications and all lab costs are separate from membership fees and are reviewed with you upfront so you know what to expect

  • No. Our focus is acute virtual care, medical weight loss, and wellness services for skin, hair and sexual health. We do not provide ongoing management of chronic medical conditions; you’ll need to maintain a separate relationship with a primary care provider for that.

  • Just book an initial visit. During your appointment we’ll review your goals, explain each membership, and activate the plan that fits you best— no confusing online setup required.
