Why I started RefinedRx

I started RefinedRx Health because the people I cared for deserved more than rushed visits and generic recommendations. They deserved a provider who would listen closely, use evidence-based are, and build a plan around real life.

Began career in patient care
2009
Started in hospital telemetry nursing, caring for complex cardiac patients.
Graduated nursing school
2018
Cared for moms, babies, and surgical patients in labor & delivery, postpartum and the OR.
Graduated NP school
2023
Completed NP training, pursued advanced weight-loss education, and expanded hands-on experience in adult and geriatric care.
Founded RefinedRx Health
2026
Opened a virtual patient-centered practice focused on medical weight loss, acute care, skin and hair wellness.
